Why we built a hiring platform that does not stop at the offer
CogniHR is built by AllCognix AI Technologies. We built one platform covering sourcing, assessment, onboarding and engagement because the handoff between those tools is where hiring data goes to die — and because a company that holds both sides can answer whether its hires worked out.
The gap we kept hitting
Recruiting software stops holding data at the offer letter. HR software starts holding it at the start date. Between those two points sits the single most useful question in hiring — did the people we hired stay, and were they good — and no vendor can answer it because no vendor holds both halves.
Every workaround is an export. Someone pulls a CSV out of the applicant tracking system, someone else pulls one out of the HR system, and the join happens in a spreadsheet that is wrong within a month. We built the join into the product instead.

Numbers on this site refer to things in the product: 1.15M+ searchable profiles, 71 languages executed in assessments, 20 AI agents. You will not find a customer count, a satisfaction percentage or an uptime figure here, because we are early and inventing those would be the easiest thing in the world to do and the fastest way to lose your trust.
