One platform from first search to first anniversary
CogniHR covers six stages of the employee lifecycle in a single product: AI candidate sourcing, executable coding assessments, applicant tracking, onboarding, engagement and people analytics. Because every stage writes to the same candidate record, moving between them requires no integration and no export.
What each part of the platform does
Every module below replaces something you would otherwise license separately.
AI Candidate Sourcing
Describe the role and the platform searches a live candidate database on skills, seniority, and location, then ranks results by fit.
Learn moreCoding & Skills Assessments
Candidates write code that actually runs against hidden test cases. Aptitude and coding questions are generated per role, then auto-graded.
Learn moreApplicant Tracking
Public careers page, application capture, AI screening, interview scheduling and stage tracking — with the record carrying forward into onboarding.
Learn moreOnboarding
Task assignment, document collection and training plans generated from the hire itself, so nobody re-keys a new starter into a second system.
Learn moreEngagement & Performance
AI-designed pulse surveys, peer-to-peer recognition, and performance reviews that stay attached to how the person was hired.
Learn morePeople Analytics
Time-to-hire, source quality, tenure and retention by role — computed from one record rather than joined across exports.
Learn moreWhat each module replaces
The honest version: some of these compete with category leaders on depth and some do not. This is what you stop paying for separately.

Why one record matters more than one login
Single sign-on across four tools is convenience. One record across four stages is a different capability.
No re-entry at the hire
An accepted candidate becomes an employment record in place. Nobody exports a CSV from the applicant tracking system and imports it into an HR system, and nothing is lost in the gap.
History survives the stage change
Assessment scores, interview notes and sourcing origin stay attached to the person after they are hired, so they are available at review time rather than archived in a tool the manager cannot open.
Retention becomes a query
Because application, hire, start date and exit are one chain, asking whether a sourcing channel produced people who stayed is a report, not a data project.
